What is the dosage for Daklinza?

UPDATE: Bristol Myers Squibb discontinued Daklinza effective June 2019.

According to Bristol-Myers Squibb, developer of Daklinza, one 60 mg tablet should be taken once daily in combination with sofosbuvir for 12 weeks. Daklinza can be taken with or without food.

For those with cirrhosis, the optimal duration of Daklinza and sofosbuvir has not been determined.

If sofosbuvir is discontinued for some reason, then Daklinza should also be discontinued.
