Effect of HGV/HCV coinfection on serum viral levels of HCV or HGV. Levels of HCV RNA in serum were similar in patients with HCV infection alone compared with those with HGV/HCV coinfection (P = .96; Mann Whitney U test); levels of HGV RNA in serum were similar in patients with HGV infection alone compared with those with coinfection (P = .23; Mann Whitney U test).
